As a standard action, Make a single attack at your highest base attack bonus on any creature within 30 feet. This attack deals normal damage, if you hit, make a free attack against their CMD, if that hits as well deal double damage (X3 on an actual critical hit) again adding in +1 ½ your strength modifier in damage. This ends the grapple.
