The Nekomatta rears back and charges her “Neko-chakra” before launching a deadly neko wave (Nekohameha) into her enemies. Every creature in a 60 foot line must make a reflex save DC: 17+Strength modifier. Or take 2x damage as well as an additional 1d6+1 damage per level (Max 20d6+20). A successful saving throw negates the damage, however the creature is still staggered for 1 round. Creatures who fail the saving throw are staggered and must make a reflex save with a DC the same as the first or be blinded and stunned for 1d6 rounds each.
