The vampire swirls around, flinging it's foes skyward as it transforms into a flurry of bats and decimates his foe with his tiny gnawing fangs. As a standard action, Creatures adjacent to the Nosferatu must succeed in a Fortitude saving throw DC: 15+ Charisma modifier, or be knocked 10 feet into the air for every level the Nosferatu possesses (Maximum 200 feet). Creatures that succeed in this saving throw take no damage, however creatures that fail take the Nosferatu's normal damage as well as an additional 5d6. The creature then takes falling damage as usual.
