Gripping your enemy with your talons, you launch skyward before you drop and aerodynamically slam the enemy into the earth below. Make a single attack on your enemy's grapple CMD. If successful, you fly a number of feet into the air equal the Serpent's level x10 (Max 200 feet). Creatures must then succeed in a DC: 17+ Dexterity modifier fortitude saving throw or take critical damage from the Serpent and 1d6 falling damage for every 10 feet you are in the air. You cannot avoid the damage through slowfalling or any similar effect. A successful fortitude save halves the critical damage, but the falling damage is calculated normally. If you fail your saving throw you take full damage and are knocked prone.
