As a standard action, Every creature within 20 feet of the wielder of the spear must make a fortitude save DC: 17+ Con modifier or begin to take damage as if effected by the Eryngii’s spore effect. In addition, make a single attack against one creature at your highest base attack bonus, if it hits you deal critical damage as well as an additional 5d6.
