Summoning a gate to the plane of water, you launch your enemy to the sky and dive into the torrent yourself, swimming to the top and freezing it over before firing a burst of pure frost energy that blows apart the frozen ice column. As a full attack action, creatures within a 30 foot wide and 100 foot tall energy column. Creatures in this area take critical damage and must make a reflex saving throw or be frozen solid as flesh to stone. This entire area becomes a solid block of ice. These effects last for 1 round per level. For every round that the creature is frozen, they take 1d4 Intelligence, wisdom, and charisma damage. While frozen, the creatures are treated as objects.
