Releasing a torrent of water, you flood the area before releasing a blast of lightning, electrocuting every creature within range. As a standard action, you can fill one 5 foot cube with water per level. Creatures caught within this water must make a fortitude saving throw DC:17+Strength modifier or take normal damage as well as 1d6 electricity damage per level (Max 20d6). A successful save cuts it down to 5d6. The Water remains for 1 round per level unless the area is big enough that it would drain off.
