3 Eyed Demon

Demons whom have reached a state of mental enlightenment and have accessed a physical "Mind's Eye" that they can use to aid them in combat or in every day

tasks. On occasion, demons will just randomly develop this instead of reaching a higher state of being.

Type: Three Eyed Demons are humanoids, with the (demon, outsider) subtypes.  These subtypes do not grant the demon any racial traits, but he is subject to spells and effects that target demons and outsiders, as well as humanoids.

Ability Score Racial Traits: Three Eyed Demons Gain a +2 bonus to Wisdom and Constitution as their bodies and minds are much more in-tune with the universe. However their additional eye has taken away a small portion of their brain's space and causes them to be a bit less intelligent, thus granting a -2 to Intelligence.

Size: Three Eyed Demons are Medium creatures, and they have no bonuses or penalties due to their size.

Base Speed: Three Eyed Demons have a base speed of 30 feet.

Languages: Three Eyed Demons begin play speaking English or Japanese. Three Eyed Demons with high Intelligence can choose any languages they want (except secret languages, such as Druidic). See the Linguistics skill page for more information about these languages.

Perceptive: Three Eyed Demons gain a +4 racial bonus on Perception checks.

Masters of Foresight: Three Eyed Demons are masters of foresight due to their additional eye, and as such cast divination spells or any psychic spells as if 1 level higher.

Blindness Susceptibility: Due to having a third eye, Three Eyed Demons take a -2 penalty on all saving throws against Blinding effects.

Low Light Vision: Three Eyed Demons can see twice as far as a human in areas of dim light.

Mind's Eye Foresight: Three times per day, a Three Eyed Demon can choose to gain a bonus to a single saving throw equal to it's wisdom modifier. This can be used on an ability the Three Eyed Demon did not know was targeting them, as the third eye's foresight aided them.

Diviner: You gain access to the following psychic abilities, Each usable once per day. Burst of Insight, Mind Thrust I, Psychic Reading, and Thought Echo. Any that may possess a saving throw use your Wisdom modifier as your relevant casting modifier.

Psychic Sensitivity: You gain the Psychic Sensitivity Feat as a bonus feat at first level.
